Commission Posts LB306 College and University Reports on Funding from Foreign Adversarial Sources

Nebraska college and university reports of funding from foreign adversarial sources for the period July 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, have been posted on the Commission’s Foreign Adversarial Funding Institutional Report webpage. Neb. Rev. Stat. § 85-906 requires each public or private, two-year or four-year college or university having a campus or place of business in Nebraska to provide a report biannually to the Commission detailing all reportable funding received by the institution from a foreign adversarial source. Foreign adversarial sources referenced in the law include the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Cuba, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), the Russian Federation, and the Maduro Regime in Venezuela .
