The Coordinating Commission will hold consecutive public hearings in Room #1113 at the State Capitol, 1445 K St. These hearings will be held on the amendments to Title 281, Nebraska Administrative Code, Chapter 6 – Rules and Regulations Concerning the Access College Early Scholarship Program Act; Title 281, Nebraska Administrative Code, Chapter 9 – Rules and Regulations Concerning Capital Construction; the repeal of Title 281, Nebraska Administrative Code, Chapter 3 – Rules and Regulations Concerning Accreditation of a Private College; and the proposed revision of Chapter One of the Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education’s Comprehensive Statewide Plan for Postsecondary Education.
